30-Day No Reasons Money Back Guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

Return service is limited to the following cases:

  • The product model and material do not match the description on the website.
  • The purchased product is the wrong size.
  • There was a problem during delivery.
  • Received defective products or products with any quality defect (Products can only be returned in accordance with the return procedure for defective products.)

Please ensure that the returned item is in a resaleable condition and the original packaging is intact.

  • There is no damage or stain on the product.
  • The returned item was unused.
  • All labels are attached to returned items.
  • All parts and accessories in the package are present.

If the order contains any redeemed items and the minimum order requirements to receive the redeemed item cannot be met after the return, the redeemed item must be sent with the order for the return and refund process. If the exchanged item is not returned, the refund amount will be deducted.

 

Return Procedure

  1. Email the customer service team at support@winlazy.com for any return requests.
  2. Once a return request is accepted, a "Return Request Confirmation Email" will be sent, which will state the return address, returned item, and the total refund amount.
  3. Please properly package and seal the returned item and send the item back

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated by our support team

*Recommended: We require customers to provide a tracking number/delivery confirmation on the returned package to ensure receipt of your return. Winlazy is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen during shipping/delivery

 

Refund Details

  • Once in the refund process, we will let the courier pick it up and return the cash to you.
  • If the returned item does not meet the above return conditions, 30%-60% of the amount will be deducted.
  • The refund amount is equal to the original payment by the customer less any fees set forth in this Returns and Refunds document
  • The actual refund date is subject to the processing cycle of the bank or online payment platform.
  • If the order contains any redeemed items and the minimum order requirements to receive the redeemed item cannot be met after the return, the redeemed item must be sent with the order for the return and refund process. If the exchanged item is not returned, the refund amount will be deducted.
  • If the return order does not meet the minimum order requirements to apply for the promotional discount, the total value of the promotional discount will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Reasons for unacceptable returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  1. The product is not eligible for the "7 Day Return Policy" and unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed since your purchase.
  2. Improper use of products, including but not limited to contact with wet objects, chemicals, gasoline, paints, detergents, solvents or cooking oils, or overheating
  3. Product damage caused by improper use
  4. Product packaging faded from the display
  5. Products with an unclean appearance
